Corrosion inhibition

Industrial Safety modern oil and gas industry is largely determined by the operational reliability of commercial facilities, the most representative of which are piping systems for the collection of well production. These objects belong to hazardous industrial facilities and require increased attention to ensure their safety and reliability.

Accidents oil and gas pipelines are associated with environmental releases of significant quantities of hazardous substances that have a negative impact on the environment, accompanied by significant losses of well production and technological equipment.

The main reason for failure of oil-field pipelines is internal corrosion by aggressive pumping products. In recent years, due to increased water content in the produced oil and gas production and use of stimulation techniques, an enhancement of corrosion products pumped through pipelines, which led to a significant increase in accidents in pipeline networks.

In this regard, the challenge of improving safety of operation of oilfield pipelines depends largely on the effectiveness of corrosion protection. One of the most effective and manufacturable method of corrosion protection is an inhibitor protection.

It is recognized that with proper selection, application and monitoring of inhibitors effectively inhibit corrosion. Practice shows that the cause of most cases of low efficiency of inhibition is abnormal organization of inhibition and technology associated with its processes.

Employees of our company will conduct all studies necessary for the inhibition. On the basis of the research staff of the company will provide recommendations for improving the corrosion state of various objects, recommend the necessary reagents, prepare the necessary procedures for their use, will monitor the effectiveness of the proposed measures.
